How often should I use the TX Duo?

Both products can be used daily, morning and night. Apply the serum first after cleansing, then follow with the cream.

How long until I see results?

The serum's exfoliating effect on texture is noticeable right away. For tone and dark spots specifically, it typically takes consistent use over several weeks to show visible change — skincare actives work gradually, not instantly.

Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?

The serum contains gentle exfoliating acids (glycolic acid and PHA), so if you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend starting with once-daily use (PM only) for the first week or two to see how your skin responds, then building up to twice daily if it's well tolerated.

What's the difference between the serum and the cream — do I need both?

The serum exfoliates and preps your skin by clearing away dead skin cells, while the cream works deeper on tone and dark spots with a higher concentration of active ingredients. They're designed to complement each other — the serum helps the cream absorb better, and the cream picks up where the serum leaves off.

Can I use this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend checking with your doctor before using this while pregnant or breastfeeding, since some ingredients (like exfoliating acids) are sometimes advised against depending on individual circumstances.
